Soo email says the rewards are in my invent, yet they are not there. I need help please. I have the email still as well

i cant access reda/talk to reda at all. And also have the same 0x20100302 error as well. My suggestion is to take reda out and reset reda. That or patch it so reda is in par with the rest of the shops. Other then that, reda is broken.
On PS4 as well.

Unable to access Renas shop. Cant even get the text to pop. Tried fast traveling away and back. Did the quest and the story. Nothing is working. Just a kid sitting at a tent.
