During some story Lines the male Evior Gets called She/Her, and I'm guessing it happens the other way round, small issue which crops up constantly

There have been a few bugs, but that can be expected, however, the two I can still remember in detail are:
1st, During the east angila / Oswald quest line, right near the start you attend a feast and start a fight, if you are playing as the male character, they still address you as She

2nd. Kinda of more serious but meditating fixes it, during the vengeance of the berserker quest,
