UPDATE: I used Odins sight while running around and one of the Assassination Target dummies glowed green. I went up to it and assassinated it and the contract completed........ Okay that HAS to be a bug lol.

This contract says to Kill the Target and reading the quest says that a Thief has been targeting Reda's goods. The quest marker indicates that the target is right near Reda in Raventhorpe. I looked all around even with the Raven. I even tried meditating to wait for a different time. I tried saving and reloading the game as well. I can't seem to get the target to spawn. Anyone done this contract before?

@gold0nion Are you on the final quest? The room where it's in only opens during the final quest of Asgard. Also, don't worry about not being able to complete it. You will have a chance after the final quest to turn it in before leaving.

@deadlyeagle28 Mine never worked. It would only show a little piece of red if they were in line of sight. Never through walls like it was supposed to. I tried to reset the skill to get rid of it and continue using Odin's sight, but now Odin's sight is not detecting enemies at all! Really annoying, I hope they fix it soon. I have tried reloading and restarting, but haven't found a way to fix it yet. I'm playing on PC.

@surexposey Same, just came here to post this. Stealth Recon broke the finding enemies mechanic. I reset the skill to get rid of it and tried using Odin's sight again, but now no enemies are found at all. I tried reloading and restarting game. Nothing.
