Some people live in Russia for Professional Reasons,
They don't speak Russian, the speak English and you are also restricting the availability of the the European Store.

@ubi-baron can you at least tell if the game is going to support everything in English? When I say everything: UI, Text, Subtitles, Voice Overs.

I bought the Russian version of the game and it seems it's region locked.

Can I install more languages?
I pressed on game properties and only Russsian is available.

Is it possible to get a refund and re-purchase the english version??
