Very confuse about the release time in PST
According to this picture, the game available in 21:00 PST tonight. Hwoever, my ubisoft connect shows it's Nov 10. Which one is correct?

I live in Canada. When I just heared that Asian type remove the blood, I think the driving force may come from chinese main land goverment. I am very surprise is japenese reason. Did Japenese pruchase game online? I heared that they only purchase from some physical channel from some japenese company. For example, Total War: Shogun 2 is not provide the Japenese language becasue the digital game is not avialable in japan. Even it's janpenese backround.
