the game is broken at this state and unplayable i have bought the pass for the new season and i cannot play at all
the game constantly crashing every 3 minutes , Please do not tell me to send specs or open a ticket to delay an actual response you didn't listen and fix this for years.
i want to be refunded for the money i spent on the pass because i didn't expect you to break the game even more to a state that i can't play at all .
usually other game companies work day and night to fix CTD problems or have basic quality control to see it but seems not in ubisoft..

If you don't fix this issue soon there will be a posts about your broken game in every gaming related media so get to it.

@jmetch You are right i agree the game kind of unplayable now..
The latest update came with many performance downgrades slower frame rates & constant drops.
Also a bug with Extremely strong and big white light that covers all the screen blinking fast almost lost my eye sight! this is dangerous for people with epilepsy and such!

they should extra check the patches because its just happening in the rest of the recent titles too ... or at least give a option to revert/go forward between patches

i have been playing the game since first update and since the last one i have huge drops in FPS in every situation game drops to 30 fps for no reason the stability is gone . its cpu related bug or something
i used to have 55-70 fps in every scenario this game was running better than Origins + oddessy but now its even worse .. dropping constantly when i am climbing&fighting in cities etc like NEVER before
Besides that since the new 3 abilities cutscene in the abilities menu i keep getting very strong flashing strobe light that made my eyes explode .. i had to stop playing right away because i it was happening when i was talking & using abilities . this is dangerous bug for the wrong people my friend have problems with certain flashing lights like this and he started playing the game a week ago...
I beg you please do not delete my post or archive it this is was the best in the series in terms of performance and i was really enjoying it until now.

Hello i have no idea why you keep ignoring every post i write but if it means to send a report every day that's what i will do.
have been playing the game since release since the second update you changed something with range rendering and CPU or something that makes my game since then to drop constantly to 30 fps from 45-40 when i am moving the mouse or running/combat. the game used to work before that updates MUCH smoother for many people and now its dropping the fps all the time and gives headaches after half hour of gameplay. this used to be the most optimised assassins creed title since unity but now its really really bad. i beg you give us a option to roll back or just look into it and fix this problem , it used to work so good but the updates made it much worse in terms of performance. i started to face random crashes too and its unplayable to me at this state. Please look into this. my last report was never answered and i took a break from the game for a month to see if it get fixed but sadly 1.1.1 made it even worse .

@cawatrooper9 what a joke i spent 10 minutes writing a report and i can't even send it because they don't accept reports anymore since covid19
what a waste of time. check your info before you post.

@evilhippo i just wish they would actually reply and help us , the community moderators don't report bugs forward or even looking at them, they only replay to reviews and memes for some reason

since last updates the FPS became really unstable everytime i move the mouse around my fps drops from 55 to 30 its started after the second update to the game, also my game crashes randomly after 20 minutes of playing. please i dont care for micro transactions (i have given up)
just please fix the stability of this game, it used to work so well on my system at start with 60 fps steady now it just runs at 40-45 fps with huge drops
it gives me headaches . please look into this i had much better performance so did my friends.

1060 6GB

@ubi-smash Hello dear support staff. i benchmarked the game many times since recent updates and i have serious frame drops when running/climbing/fights from 55-70 to 30-45 FPS its CPU related 100% . hopefully it can be updated next patch! thank you and have a great holiday ubisoft!
