vinland will not come up on my atlas, I have completed the whole story, but cannot get the complete all territories trophy, I assume I have not completed all of Vinland but I do not know how to travel back there

I cannot travel back to Vinland, does not show up on atlas, any help would be appreciated, thank you

I have completed all territories in England, Norway, Asgard and Jotumheim, and have still not got the trophy for complete all territories, I assume there’s something I’ve missed in Vinland but when I open my atlas I cannot travel to Vinland, anyone know anything that would help, thanks
