

@xenobiz same situation. I purchased mine yesterday. Wish I saw all this before moving forward with purchase. Its insane how their payment system works fine but not their deliver service. Shame, never using their services again.
I purchased this game but it does not show up in library. I thought I was doing the right thing buying it through Ubisoft, boy was I wrong. How is it this difficult to receive the product that I purchased? Its a DLC, how is it not ready to download following purchase? My debit card has been charged, received no email verification of purchase, and no follow up from Ubisoft support. This has been an awful experience. If I do not receive any update today I will have charge disputed and purchase through a different store front. Shame on Ubisoft for accepting purchases while knowing there is a problem delivering their product. FRAUD company!
@xenobiz I was going to call my bank to have them dispute the charge but banks are closed today lol. I've read the same stuff. I was hesitant to buy this in the first place.

@ubi-swaggins Yall do not respond to the support Emails! This is ridiculous! Of course your payment system works but not your digital delivery service. FRAUD company!

@devils_7ru7h Dispute charges with your bank. That would be the easiest. I thought I did something similar but only was charged once.
