I try these steps before and still is stuck on 99%
I try reinstal game ,nothing happend , try uninstal Ubisoft Connect, nothing happend , check my PC systems,conection if there is some tipe of problem and everythind is fine and still stuck on 99%
So i dont know what to do ,becouse Iam not the only one who have this problem with AC4

I'm getting the issue where downloading updates for AC4 from Ubisoft Connect doesn't finish, it stops at 99% and cannot continue.
Can you do something about it?
