For those of you with the issue with Tove, I've been on Live chat with support today and the issue is being investigated.

Hopefully it doesn't take too long to fix, as @Makhnovtchina mentioned it's a much smaller scale issue than all NPCs being affected.

Also having the same issue on PC.

Carrying the Torch quest isn't in my journal as Active or Completed either.

Also having the same issue with Tove, Carrying the Torch quest is not in my quest log as Active or Completed.

Playing on PC.

Tried opening a support ticket to send further details but it looks like its limited to Live Chat only currently which isn't available at the moment.

Sadly given the time it took to fix the issue with all NPCs, I feel its going to take some time before this is resolved.

A little bummed because of some of the new tattoos I have acquired but I suppose I can save my silver from buying new ones at merchants. Kind of glad this didn't happen when I was "experimenting" with new looks.

Carrying the Torch is not showing in my quest journal as an active or completed quest either.

Having trouble trying to get through to Ubi Support for this as well.
