

The bigger game websites should pick this up. A lot of player can't finish a game they paid for. For months now. This is ridiculous.
@ubi-woofer Unbelievable. Your patch states you've fixed the issue, but after updating and logging in I still can't interact with the druid's door with or without mask. I've paid for a game I can't finish for 1,5 months now. Is this the way Ubisoft supports it's customers? You'd rather develop a Yule festival instead of fixing a game breaking bug?
I understand that a game can have bugs after it's release. I work in software developement and at my company we fix blocking issues first. These issues prevent the player from playing the game. How can you focus on anything other than blocking issues?

For THREE MONTHS, players have not been able to progress any further. And all we get is absolutely useless posts "we're sorry, working on it!". No, you're not. If it took my team three months to fix a game breaking bug, we'd be fired.
Having issues with this quest as well, but not similar to the replies before. I can't interact with the druid's front door. Tried approaching with and without cloak, did multiple reloads but nothing works. Can't progress in the game anymore.

I'm stuck on this mission since the beginning of december. I've finished an entire game (Fenyx) and came back to Valhalla, only to find that IT STILL HASN'T BEEN FIXED. Holy crap. What the **** are you guys doing? Completely stuck in the game and can't progress any further. Can't interact with the druid's door on arrival. Jesus Christ.
One more week until my Uplay+ subscription expires. Bought it for Valhalla but can't finish the game because of this bug. To be honest; it feels like a rip-off. Payed for 3 months but was able to play for 3 weeks until I ran into the bug. I've enjoined so many of Ubisoft's games but this is where I draw a line as a customer. To pay for a product and not be able to play it.

@daericc it's a shame no1 replied to your topic, I'm experiencing the same issue. Via Ubi Connect I see my progress on pc (78 hours played) but on my PS5 I can only select New Game. Would really love some help here.
