Hi, I run the game on 3900x, 1070ti, 32RAM, 570X MB, FHD Screen and both my OS and Game sits on different SSDs.I haven't applied Geforce Experience settings and on the GeForce CP I only changed the settings to "Performance".
The settings are on HIGH but the game just looks... Poor... And very different from what I see on Youtube and other gameplay footage from the web. 
The Textures looks bad and flat, everything seems blurry,,, AC: Oddacy looked amazing on the same machine. 
I attached screenshots of the game and settings. 

What ssems to be the trouble?
