I found a solution for missing dialogues.

Guys you forget to add English VO to localizations without VO. So as I installed the game in the Polish language so I did not have any VO files.
In Uplay I changed the language to English, I got a 'patch' with VO (~3GB), and now Benchmark is working fine and I have dialogues in the game.
For HDR there is a workaround, I need to enable it in Windows then the game is able to detect HDR display.

I have multiple issues like:
-missing dialogues, I started a game and I cannot hear anything, I hear only music. Also, dialogue subtitles are not displaying. I'm running a game with English VO and Polish subtitles.
-I'm not able to start benchmark, I'm seeing a loading screen with information about installing, event after 10mins is still 0% ->
