@numbrxer0 I ran into this problem and searched the forum and found this thread. I also have the exact same problem as you.

It's one of the only missions where we're supposed to be using social stealth in this game, which I is cool because I almost forgot this was an Assassin's Creed game, but Ljufvina just walks past all the guards to each mission checkpoint and waits for you to sneak around. During the last part of this section of the mission, she just takes off her hood and literally walks between two guards who are supposedly looking for her. Really breaks your immersion when you're trying to blend in and sneak by the guards when she flies straight by them while you're supposed to be blending in.
