@ubi-raziel
I have an Xbox One S - and I have the same screen tearing problem.
This is the first game where I found this annoying problem.
I hope it will be solved soon
Thanks!
@ubikoality
I have an Xbox One S - and I stopped playing on console, because of the huge screen tearing I got dizziness and nausea.
So I changed to Nvidia Geforce Now with Uplay+
I am waiting for the patch, but as I read, the screen tearing fix will be available only for the newest Xbox consoles?
If you don't support my console (Xbox One S - although I think the price of the ultimate edition was the same...) I will ask a refund immidiately after the patch release.
And I will continue on nvidia geforce now
And this was the latest game I bought from Ubisoft.
@elroygaffen
I found this in another topic:
"The card is likely too old. As stated from product page of the card " Even though it supports DirectX 12, the feature level is only 11_1, which can be problematic with newer DirectX 12 titles." so that's probably it."
Now, it is the same situation like in Odyssey with the AVX.
They did a patch, finally.
I have an R9 vga card.
If the game works with an R9 380, it will work with a 280, too- if they want it to work...
I hope they will give us a patch - and they put the game into the geforce now service really soon.
I am playing the game on xbox one s, and sometimes with nvidia geforce now and ubisoft+ (so, we can tell, on PC)
The smart delivery works flawlessly.
I started playing on PC, I bought items from the store, by opals
I found everything when I switched to Xbox version.
@lannerettony
Yes, I claimed it.
You will find it in your save game
Of course, you must take care of the version
If you bought an ultimate edition on PC, you have to buy an ultimate edition on PS4, too
The items including only in ultimate edition could be disappeared in a standard, and so on.
@villarangtaiv
I will ask a refund if they don't support xbox one s in this patch and I find screen tearing again.
I stopped playing the game on my XBOX ONE S.
I switched to GeForce Now.
How can I ask a refund? I bought the game more than 14 days ago.
But instead of the XBOX gaming, I would continue on Geforce Now and Ubisoft+
I think, I don't have to pay for a half-made beta version game that causes dizzyness and nausea during playing.
It is not my fault that Ubisoft doesn't support the older consoles.
But I think it is a right decision to ask the money back when their product causes sickness.
And I will continue my subscription on Uplay+ , so...
@seth_05
Good news:
I tried the game with the latest patch on Xbox One, and it seems to be OK now.
There is no screen tearing, finallly.
@seth_05
Is it a joke, that new patch 1.1.0 does NOT include a VSYNC ON option?
They don't wanna solve this problem as it seems.
This is not good, beacuse the all of the other parts of the patch is absolutely meaningless, with this vsync off option the game is unplayable, so
they would have only one job....
Maybe the programmers should play a bit with this game on xbox one s.
And we can ask them how did they like it, after they returned from vomit.
Maybe you forgot the screen tearing on the older XBOX consoles, but we don't.
Slowly it is time to finish the half-made product, because the price wasn't half.
It was full....
@pedro-dorian
I think you shouldn't beg them.
You paid a full price for their unfinished product.
It is not a favor to solve the problems.
It should be a must have. It is their job for the price you paid.
As I remember, on XBOX ONE this game was not free....

@ubi-swaggins
As you read in the patch descriptions, screen tearing was solved only on Series S and X.
There is no option on xbox one S and xbox one X to set anything.
Try to fly with the bird in Lundin between the houses, or just walk through Raventhorpe.
And after that get a tablet for headache and nausea.
@viggo503 you will find more topics about it.
They didn't solve this problem in this patch for the xbox one S and xbox one X consoles
@flanderscz157
Did you find any new option in settings?
30 fps - 60 fps or performance - quality mode?
