This game needs major changes, updates, & more before the end of year.

Same here i stopped playing this game a few days ago due to bugs ... i cannot even play this game on my PS5 and i also lost about 5 hours of gameplay that i said to myself i'm done with Valhalla. I payed almost 200 euros for this indeed unfinished game i can at least say that this will be my last Ubi pre-order.

I also bought WD Legion and that game was also not finished i'm very disappointed.

Well i'm not mad but i'm extremely disappointed in this game. The way i see it is that this looks like a game from a game company that has no experience whatsoever. And this is their first attempt to put a game on the market. But that isn't the case here Ubi has so much experience in making games good games very good games that this Valhalla is a real downgrade.

Yeah i've said this before in another thread as well but this game should not be out now. I remember that there was a thread in the old ( better ) forum when someone said that this game should be postponed to 2021/22. And i replied with a big NO! but the guy was right this game should've bin postponed to 2021/22.

And i simply cannot believe that this game has bin tested at all we're the beta testers it's as simple as that.

I almost wanna bet that from all the replies that we'll made here on this brand new forum that at least 98% is negative and that says it all.

I stopped playing Valhalla a couple of days ago i even did not install the new patch simply because there is so much wrong with it ( maybe not for me i don't know but i don't care anymore ). I might pick this game up a month from now we'll see. And i will keep an eye on this forum when there is a patch that finally works.

Yes this is also something that i cannot understand that you get desynced when you kill a few civilians i mean you're a Viking and you're raiding a village but you cannot kill civilians uh ??? It's not that i like to kill civilians but that you get desynced is just ridiculous.

Let alone with 11 game breaking issues in the first month. What is going on? I love the game, paid alot for season pass, i cant get into it because i have to jump to another quest everytime theres a bug i can't progress, i can't listen to the awesome audio because eivor repeats her internal monologues 100 times, so i dont get to hear songs on my ship. I'd rather have to wait an extra month to make this playable than get it on my birthday and have endless frustration and annoyance.Im sorry i even got into the series enough to want to preorder, I should have waited until it was on sale, and finished. I should be excitedly blowing money on mounts and packs, not being a negative nancy on forums waiting inpatiently for the next update. You're releasing DLC and i can't even finish the earliest main stories. Uggggghhhhh

Well i never really left Odyssey mostly because of Kassandra she's one of my most favorite protagonists of all the games that i've played in my life. And Origin nope i do not like the game very much and so a reason that i never finished the game.

And Valhalla i'm about 25 hours in and that was since November 2020 when i played the game for the first time. I'm just waiting for when they finally fix the game ... probably never gonna happen.

I totally agree with this. We should be allowed to kill civilian NPCs without the game restarting the level. This feature is there in some Far Cry games and also in Ghost Recon Wildlands and its really really annoying.

AC Odyssey allows us to kill innocent NPCs, last night I went on a rampage and was surrounded by bodies, it was so much fun. Sometimes you just wanna have fun ya know?

Im sad to hear that Valhalla has re-enabled this annoying feature. This is a single player game, it will not affect anyone but the person playing the game. My idea is to make it a menu item that can be turned ON and OFF.

I love the AC, FC & GR franchises from Ubi but these are some very irritating features that I hope will be addressed by giving the gamer a choice.

@patricia81994 That's happens whenever you assassinate someone, it's an ability that was added with the LotFB DLC ..... I call it "The disappearing hat trick" but the Ubisoft name for it is Death Veil ..... I like it because I don't have to take time to hide bodies or chuck them over the wall in forts although sometimes I wish there was an option to not use it if I want to lure someone into a trap by leaving a body out but I can accomplish the same thing by killing them with a bow and then putting the body where I want it

Actually I got lucky there and got a Crit or I only would have taken off 3/4 of his health and would have had to finish him off with a quick Devastating Shot ..... I only had +43% Assassin Damage and a 27% chance of getting a Crit ......

Okay i did not know that and i've never used that ability in any of my 5 playthroughs and i never hide bodies anyway or chuck them over the wall when i clean out a fort ( just to much work ).
