Assassin's Creed Valhalla, XBox One, digital Version (one of the expensive ones, don't know which one know)
Bug:
Upgraded my quiver 3x on Level 4. It didn't work and my warrior can still carry the same amount of arrows.
The resource used is about 33% - 50% as those contained in a "small resource pack"/"Animus-Shop". This means that I get in addition around 150 Helix-Points now; because I am not able to use my upgraded quiver at the moment.
I am a very busy person and I still play the main quest. One primary target escaped because I was out of arrows while using the (bugged) Lvl 4 quiver; plus: I had to use even more time and ressources to destroy the whole hostile outpost (... since young people might be here, I do not give any details.)
Please fix the problem and send me the compensation as soon as possible.
Thanks and have a good day.
@password1234xxx I was looking to find a source via which I can view the live stream and just found this thread with a video link for the event. I'm interested in not only viewing the event but also to benefit from whatever rewards as a result of watching as mentioned for watching the event/ conferance. On another thread I saw you have to watch on Twitter but I don't have Twitter nor a Twitter account (nor want to have one).
What I want to find out is once I am logged in here and click on the video livestream link or its associated Youtube link on post #1 would that suffice and by so doing Ubisoft would know that I am watching or have watched the livestream and would also benefit from the rewards?
I don't know anything about a reward for watching Ubisoft Forward. Sadly, I can't answer your question. I am just interessted in the shown things at Ubisoft Forward - especially Assassin's Creed and Far Cry.
ps Sry the missing R in the title
I don't see 3, nor I don't see 1 new river raid.
Nothing new on the river raid map or in the Quest Menu.
(Also the other bugs I mentioned are were never fixed:
I have the feeling that I won't get the new river raids, too. Shouldn't buy anything more for that game -.- )
@password1234xxx I think you need to complete the questline from the first 3 River Raids in order for new ones to appear
Okay, mega strange, but inxcognito, you are 100% right.
I was forced to find the last part of the armor (helmet) of that holy guy first, until the new river raids started to appear.
Okay, thanks for the help - at least in my case.
But still: I am pretty disappointed: One line from Ubisoft in the Patch Notes would have realy helped me and my realy scarce time.
>> To start the new River Raid Missions/ to unlock the three new River Raid Maps you need to complete all Missions of the first three River Raids first/ unlock the whole armor of the Holy St.G...whatever. <<
Anyway, thanks for the help @all. Hope the issues of the other ones can be solved in within in short time, too.
Cheers for the update, @password1234xxx - we're happy to wait till you're able to get to it, that's no problem!
Diary, user and customer password1234xxx,
Day 22: Still no sign of life from UBISOFT.
Is it because of the "Corona" pandemic? Did everyone die there? Has everyone gone crazy?
Maybe it was a mistake to upload the bug report at Christmas. Maybe Santa Claus took revenge on UBISOFT ... (Hell, they were innocent. ... at least in this case.)
The silence drives me further and further into madness. The days blur more and more with pure eternity. Without UBISOFT, there would be no more add-ons for Assassin's Creed. And no more Far Cry, like 6.5.
Must keep my mind together and continue to wait for an answer.
Will go down again tomorrow and fix the "SOS" letters ...
;D
Cheers for the update, @password1234xxx - we're happy to wait till you're able to get to it, that's no problem!
As said, it would took a bit to go on the photo safari through the FC 6 datas. A lot of work for ... work.
But: Here they are - in best MS-Paint layout ><. (... well fastest way to do this job with this notebook.)
Photo 1/4 and 2/4 show the installed datas for FC 6 on the XBox Series X. 3/4 and 4/4 are from the Far Cry 6 in-game menu (pause screen). They show together: The other installed Add-Ons work, but there is no "Liberated Chorizo"-Skin.
ps The XBox menu is in German, but it would took to long to change it (need to restart XBox and so on). If you think this is a proof that I am from Germany ... then you're totally right.

Hello, and thanks for coming back to us with this clarification,@password1234xxx - I understand it looks like the content is installed, but it does indeed sound like it's not available in-game.
Can you send me across some screenshots showing how it looks when you follow the steps in the Microsoft support article Ubi-Borealis had linked? We've got a guide on how to take screenshots here, but it might be easier to just point your phone at your screen in this case. The resulting images can be uploaded in a response to this post here on the forum.
With these, I'll be able to reach out to another team to get some further guidance on troubleshooting steps we can try. Let me know if you've any questions about the above request
I really enjoyed hearing how you tackle each base, and it's great you've passed on your feedback about a potential new Supremo, too. I've gone ahead and sent across that feedback internally.
Sure, I can take a few photos with our dSLR and upload them.
I will put this on my to-do list ... ... which means it will take a few days.
(I am realy busy atm. But I will do it ... before Far Cry 7 is revealed! ... ... hm ... or let's say: released )
I'll be in touch.
Hello there @password1234xxx!
I apologise for the delayed response. Thanks for letting us know what Chorizo skins are available for you in-game.
You mention that the Discos Locos weapon was available at stores in the game world. Does this mean you purchased the weapon using pesos?
To my understanding, if you have the pre-order bonus, it should have been available to you for free. Can you check that you have installed the pre-order bonuses from the Xbox Store? You can use this support article from Xbox to help you check that all add-ons have been successfully installed. It may be that you've successfully redeemed the pre-order bonuses, but that they haven't been installed on your console (and therefore won't be available in-game for you).
If the content has been successfully installed but you're still missing Chorizo's Libertad skin, please don't hesitate to update us within this thread so we can continue to investigate your missing items further.
I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying using all the different amigos as well! I have to admit, Guapo was possibly my favourite, but that was probably due to his self-reviving abilityI also really enjoyed using K-9000 as well! He made sneak-attacking FND bases a lot easier

Causa: Discos Locos ... well, mostly yes:
I bought the Discos Locos from one of the shops of Juan Cortez [NPC]. I paid the normal [in-game] price for it, which - as with all other weapons from Juan C.'s shop - consisted of depleted uranium.
Causa: Installation: I think I (re-)downloaded the Far Cry 6 Pre-Order Objects like two or even three times until now, but it seems that this small Add-On-Data has 'no effect'.
The XBox-System put's it automatically in the right file ... as it is now.
But it seems it is still somehow "floating in the air". (?)
So, I am not sure if I can say: "Yes" or "No" to the question: "Are the Pre-Order-Bonuses correctly installed?"
==> It looks like "Yes" --> downloaded, visible, also: in the right file, ... everything looks good here; but the result that it has no effect in the game is more a "No").
==> The other content is working very nice, also the Add-Ons like e. g. Ultimate Pack (with the thieving big cat) or the ... "Crocodile Hunter Pack" (which is called in my XBox-System Retail Pack 01 and Retail Pack 02). Everything works and looks from outside [the game] as good as the Pre-Order-Bonuses: downloaded, visible, also: in the right file.
But everything works; ... strangly ... everything exept the small Pre-Order-Add-On.
~
Causa: Small Talk:
I also play different styles; but the most "entertaining" is to sneak in a base, plant mines and/or set traps ... or combine dangerous things: Mines on explosive barrels or under empty hostile vehicles, I don't remove hostile booby traps (somethimes hostile soldiers run into them, too >< ), also mixing that 'toxic fertilizer mines' with 'infernal mines' is very effective.
After setting the traps, I run or sneak out again and start to "attack" the base (from outside). One grenade into the base or a few loud aimed shots from a hill, and ... trap #1 [primary route], trap #2 [vehicle], trap #3 [wow, do you realy thought you can activate the alarm?! ] trap #4 triggers on the way up to my hill ... and the last survivors are for Chicharron.
I also hope for a new Supremo that fits to the jsut mentioned style - in a weapon DLC-Pack or something ... if something like this is planed anyway.
... a Supremo that silently(!) throws around the player all 4 different types of mines that arm themselves after 20 seconds? ...
Thanks for keeping us updated on this, @password1234xxx - I understand you've managed to unlock the Discos Locos in-game, but not Libertad Chorizo. That's most unusual!
Can you tell me if you have any other skins available for Chorizo? These are found by choosing 'details' when hovering over Chorizo in the amigos menu, and then choosing the 'appearance' icon in the lower left. Do you have any other skins there at all? Or just the default one?
Thanks for your continued patience with this - I'm eager to help you get to the bottom of this. The Libertad Chorizo skin is very lovely, it'd be a shame if we couldn't get it sorted for you.
It's never good if the support describes a circumstance as "unusual". (... ... at least it is not an alarm system of one of our locations.)
Other Chorzio Skins in my FC 6 (... and yes: I am online if I checked them and started FC6 online (this time); just to be sure):
... that's it.
Well, not so important for me personally.
I use the Cool Yule-Skin for him ... and most of the time, Chorizo has a break*.
But maybe I am not the only one with this problem?!
[*1st I used Guapo (but he was a bit "unstealthy" as warned by Juan [NPC]) ... later Boom Boom (/Boomer) and Oluso ...
... but no one ... 100% no one can compete with Chicharron! (... maybe it ruins a bit my "Amigo Statistic" that I found him very late in the game.) What about a Spin Off with 100% Chicharron? Called "Chicharron - the best friend of Charon" ... ... *jk* of course]
Btw: I also have the additional Amigos: Champagne [the thieving big cat] and K-9000 [well ... the real (hacking) 'Watch Dog' ;D].
Thanks for this additional feedback, @password1234xxx - we really appreciate it!
In regards to the Libertad Chorizo skin, this was part of the Libertad pack, alongside the Discos Locos weapon - did you have access to these? You may need to manually redeem them still, using the code you should have received alongside the pre-order purchase. Here's our support article describing how it can be redeemed
Liberated Chorizo still missing. The Discos Locos Weapon is aviable at the stores in the game world. ... UPDATE: I just tested it in the game (on two hositle soldiers and one ally who made the mistake to trust me >:D). Works. Strangly - as said - no Chorizo Skin yet?:/
I bought the digital version, means I don't have a code. At least I don't find it ... not in my E-Mail or over my Ubisoft-Profile; of course not over a game box.
Well,
I have a 10,1MB big DLC-File on my XBox Series X HDD in my Far Cry 6 Game which is named "Pre-Order Objects" and shows the Chorizo Skin and the Discos Weapon on a small pic.
For future reference, if you've got feedback for us, we'd really appreciate you putting it in General Discussion, just to keep our forum nice and neat. Player Support is instead used for technical issues that players need assistance in solvingThanks for your understanding!
Just some small talk so as not to look like an hater. (My real feedbacks are much longer. But I fear also incompatible with the new forum properties. :/)
Thx for the help.
@ubi-gizmo Thanks for the response.
Since I could play the game for a while now, I became a little more familiar with everything, which also gave me more overview. The Season-Pass is here (well virtual) and the Ultimate Pack, too. (The Ultimate Pack wasn't a real pre-order bonus, was it?)
The "liberated Chorizo"-Skin isn't here, but if it is only that one, I don't care (I use a different skin for the little dog anyway).
~
P. S. Some (positive) additional feedback:
I realy like the two complete new vehicles: The 'self-made Yaran copter' (think it was called Avispa Buzzer) and the 'flying buggy' Angelito SW. They give at least a bit a new feeling of freedom (after you destroyed the AA-guns of course):
The Buzzer is able to fly through forests and even bigger buildings because it has no big rotors; the Angelito SW is something a lot of people want in the traffic ( => It can fly ... and it has a grena... ah ... it can fly, thats enaugh). It realy creates the feeling of freedom to fly from one road to another. And: The Angelito SW can actually swim in its air mode, realy cool and useful. (It won't sink even if you hit the water hard, as long as the player won't exit the vehicle or change into "car"-mode).
Well ... The tank is a bit overpowered, I conquered like 2/3 of the main map in one tank; maybe the enemy should use something stronger against the player in a tank. At least after killing ~2-3 special forces of the enemy in a row. Maybe something like "EMP-Forces" or realy dangerous anti-tank helicopters.
Also I miss the Supremo that throws like ~10 mines around the position of the player, which arm themselves after like 15 seconds. What would be more fun than sneak into an hostile base and create a whole mine field with the push of a button in the middle of it?
(My play-style is mostly: stealth => place traps (mostly mines in combination with dangerous environment and near places where enemies will go - like the alarm buttons) => then "go loud" (grenades, sniper, firing from outside of the base or even direct assault: Try to eliminate as much as possible, ... the rest run into the traps. Works realy good, but I don't have a Supremo for my style yet.)
@ubi-mercury Should be the "Ulitmate-Edition", Digital Version bought over the XBox Store. Well, I think I still got the pre-order datas, but hard to say ... because I don't know what exactly are the pre-order bonuses and what belongs to packs that were included in the FC 6 version I bought.
P. S.
Generally: It is also sad, that you only get your stuff (after starting a new game) after you go online with your save game.
I play offline most of the time, because there is ... ... well more important data traffic ...
But this also means, in a few years you can't start a new game with the items you bought, ... well you can get it, as long as the Ubisoft-Servers are supporting it.
(In Watch Dogs Legion, it is even worse, because the AC-Crossover ADd-On/DLC disappears, too, until you go online at least one time after starting a new game
In Assassin's Creed (Valhalla) you don't have the problem, becuase you have a manual save system.
(Get the new items/packs and save a game at start -> you can start a new game with all the items you bought.)
==> A reason why I won't collect packs in Far Cry 6 like in AC Valhalla
Tried to log-in like 15 times now ... well error #503 ... just to figure out, that I can't correct my own posts ... ... wow great new forum design ... realy ... highly professional ...
... ...
okay, I am out of here. (I go now delete my cookies - ... because here is even no Log-Out-Button anymore ... )
System XBox Series X
Had the pre-order datas of FC6 on my system (- digital version, think it was the most expensive one).
The 100MB big data just said: "My pre-order didn't work or has been canceled" and "I should buy the game".
I tried to reinstall my 100MB Pre-Order data thing. But that dind't worked. After de-installing it ... ... it is 100% gone and can't be reinstalled.
At least my Pre-Order-Bonuses are gone ... but ... I am even not sure to buy this game now -.-
So what now?! I am realy angry.
Also because this forum has now this ... chaotic fisher-price design with functions that contradicted a professional serious use.
