@pandastronaut Live chat was re-enabled and I was able to talk to them. I had to re-purchase the game.

[RESOLVED] Assassin's Creed Valhalla missing from Ubisoft Connect library after purchase | POST HERE
Purchased the game 11/12 a little after midnight Eastern Standard Time.
Created a support case, almost 48 hours after purchase now - and it still hasn't shown up in my library.
I saw that they had issues then they fixed them but they actually didn't then they did. I'm way over 24 hours or whatever they've been saying to wait.
No response on my case, I am sad.
Has anyone else had to wait this long?
