UBI please get a patch out! can't get past launch loading screen to even access your game received through Ubisoft Store on PC

Everything works as normal on my PC besides this game.
from what im reading this has been a issue as of 13hrs ago? still no patch notes? no hot fix?
yes i did you "trouble shooting and im not on Windows "N"

@royalretro87 seriously! I only got the standard edition only because every game I have preordered spending 100+ on in the last year has been highly disappointing. Now this.... I cant win. There better be some time of compensation! Worst major developer game launch ever experienced.....

i just cant believe this is going on 20HRS!! with minimal effort and communication from UBI... come on ubi I've been with you for almost 10 years. Can you please just fix it already 20hrs is ridiculous for a hot fix patch most devs would push in 45min to a hour after Launch!

@ubi-spud is there any word on a soon patch? woke up still having issues and verified files again this morning after I woke up. i see big time streamers playing this game and you know there on PC so whats the issue with the other 70% of PC players

@iamcadenz3090 well i just tried doing the safe mode boot and launch the game still broken. stuck at splash such a crap launch! im getting [censored] off now!

@proxyonemusic yeah i just want to get past the splash screen after pressing play. looks like all i got was temporary 400x600 wallpaper.......pff

I cant find anything out im just going to have to wait. games broken boys wait for a patch that can take up to 48hr or more cause obviously 24 isnt long enough for a quick fix

@nutotz I have a all AMD build. Ive done all basic trouble shooting. both launcher and game are on the same SSD. ive reverted my GPU drivers and did a full wipe and install with new drivers. booted in safe mode and in between all of these ive tried to open the game. i got nothing

@nutotz I've seen small Devs find out about stuff like this and have a patch out within the HOUR! Ubisoft your getting ridiculous! and most all other AAA studios would have a patch out within the hour but i guess only big time streamers can play and few regular gamers can play this gaem! hey UBISOFT if your game is still a beta then push the release date! we wouldnt care! Because then you will give us a playable GAME!

@sixpounder85 nope from what im seeing all the support does its just try to blame us for something. they're not excepting they need to push a patch out. SAD ubisoft! Really thought they would be more professional and willing to resolve all of our issues
