@ubi-woofer Hello, I know there are quite a few people experiencing the glitch on the Brewing Rebellion too. I am having the same problem where no body comes to assist me to force open the door. Another issue that I am having is completing the Jorvik mystery where you carry the man from underneath the bridge to the top. I am able to do so but as soon as I lay him down my controls lock up and I'm forced to quit to the main menu. Also, I previously completed all of East Anglia's wealth and now am one short. Worth noting that there are not any available to complete. Besides I really enjoy the game and cannot wait to complete the game. Thank you in advance for your response and any help!

@ubi-woofer So you're saying nothing has really been happening on y'alls end? Pretty sad Ubisoft isn't offering anything to us?! Especially, when we have dropped $60-120 for a game that is flawed on every level.... Fool me once shame on me...

@heinricht96 I appreciate your response and it was given in more detail then we have from the Ubisoft team. Also, in waiting for them to fix I proceeded through the game and completed everything else that wasn't bugged in this game (there are many other issues too). However, I expect and would like to hear from them what exactly is going on. The fact that others in this chat have been the only help is nice but says more about the Ubisoft team.

@Ubi-Woofer @Ubi-Baron Exactly Why was this issue not fixed in the latest patch? We deserve a real explanation. Exactly why can't the developers fix this issue? There has been no legimate help or explanations from the Ubisoft team for over a month! I will never buy another Ubisoft game unless there is a real good explanation or compensation for this game-breaking error.

@ubi-woofer I bought my son a Nintendo Switch for Christmas. Naturally, I went to buy him a few games and came across Immortals Fenyx Rising. I bailed out last second when I saw the Ubisoft logo. End of story... Just thought you should know it is because of the handling of this issue.

Hello having the same issue on xbox 1. Says I need to be anonymous or when it does allow me to set him down the game freezes and I have to restart the game.

@theflash0412019 It wasn't but I figured that issue out actually. Still just waiting on the other issues to be resolved. I have completed nearly everything else that is available. Sad they're not communicating with everyone.
