After 159 hours, taking the game in stride, putting up with little bugs that some are even funny, the same problem happens to me and I can't access the mission to finish with the Father. Unfortunately, I have been reporting the deaths of members of the Order and from what I have read on google, it may be the cause of the error. I have no other manual saves.
