

Greetings.
As I see on their email they dont respond so I'm gonna write here, hoping someone from the team will manage to help me. One week ago I bought a subscription to try ubisoft plus, but after 1 h they told me the sub failed...I found it weird cuz even if I had money on that credit card, it failed. I put another card and after 2 h they took my money and the sub worked. What I noticed after is that they took it two times. One from the first card and from the second aswell. I researched after and saw more ppl having the same issue.
I would like my money back cuz this isn't fair!
What can I do ? Where can I report this? I wrote a ticket but nothing happend so far, not even a response.
