As of now, you can't fish during rough waters. Leaving you about 30 seconds to catch whatever fish you can and hopefully have it reeled in by the timer is up. If you're bow fishing, good luck not having the fish despawn as soon as you kill it. Lost count of how many times I ended up with nothing with having to wait 5-10 minutes for the water to settle down again.

All are bugs preventing progression.

Mackerel - Big
Flatfish - Big
Redfish - Big
Quest - Lost Glory (Halfdan doesn't interact)
Opals stuck on map (can turn of icons, but that still feels incomplete)
Treasure Hoards (3 locations that are lootable though not loot shows up)
Mysteries - Fabric Offering and the guy stuck in the warehouse in Lunden
Fishing - Can't get fishing done due to the extremely low window to be able to get it done in. Fish disappear during rough waters)
No Swordfish
Can't avenge players death. Haven't seen an opportunity. Ever.

I'm done with everything else...now to grind out the gear upgrades....
