I have tried many times now to complete the amber sun quest but nothing is working. I read that its bugged, and I have tried the solutions on youtube to get around the bug. Will this be fixed? Its now october and this bug has been reported for a long time.

I get to the house where Tedmund is but no way to tie him up as there should be. Playing on ps4

So, I moved the sunstones in the cave and one got stuck. I didn't realise it at the time and gave up. Did a whole lot of questing and now I'm back in the well. The sunstone is still stuck and quest can't be completed. What can I do? (Yeah, I shot at it in frustration)
