Unable to progress "Choking the Gallows"
I cannot finish the quest since when i get to the market, the cutscene never starts and the soldiers start attacking the two people that are to be executed and then my character. Even when i kill the order member the game says quest updated but nothing happens! I cannot progress with the main quest line.. I have tried pretty much everything i could think of, reloading older save, fast travelling etc. Nothing works!!
