searched through the forums but nothing here fits what i'm having an issue with. My game is unplayable. I can launch the game on my Xbox One X, i hit A to sign in, i get to the screen to choose Continue, new game, etc. and i can do nothing. the cursor circle will not move. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game 5 times now after working with Xbox and Ubisoft support, i deleted all my saves in my Live profile and local, i've done a factory reset on the console. I was playing just fine until last night. I can play any other of my games without issue, i can play other Ubisoft games without issue.

The game is totally unplayable for me, i can't get passed that continue, new game, etc. screen.

Any help would be appreciated.
