As noted by others since the Yule Festival update game loads up very slowly and I cannot fast travel, just reappear in the same spot with only half the details around me appearing, and unable to move. Since installing the latest patch and the Yule Festival beginning I'm having several issues. My game is very slow to load. I am unable to Fast Travel, I just reappear in the same spot after the loading screen, but with half detail graphics, also unable to move.
When I actually just walk/ride to Yule Festival quests, they are full of bugs, inconsistent speech, waypoints either missing or a ridiculous distance away, clearly in the wrong spot.
This patch is causing more issues in game than were present previously
