@ubi-spud I've spent many hours there, and I think I have found the issue: the shelf is fused with the box to the right. It doesn't happen to everyone, but it is slightly displaced to the right, creating this glitch.

To those of us who have found this problem, there is simply no way of moving it, no matter how far or how many quests you do to reset it. I don't know why, but the game understands that this is the base position. You can tell it's displaced because you can open the door and see inside the room, but you cannot squeeze through it.

I hope this is patched. I am afraid I have advanced too much to restart everything now.

I'll be waiting to see if they post any solution here. Been trying for an hour, gave up. Hopefully they'll address this issue.

@dylan1990_ Going through the shelf, yes. It takes many tries, since in the first one hundred attemps I was cut too short to cross the whole osbtacle, but I did it after the one hundred first attempt hahahaha

@blindbandit988 Happened to me. What I did was:

1. Go to her.
2. Check the position you're supposed to go next to continue your mission.
3. Mark it on the map. Make sure you know where it is.
4. Leave Petra behind and go anyway.

Once you get there and find the place you're looking for, she will appear.

This worked for me, at least.
