Spent $ 119 for Deluxe edition, have it in My Orders but My games is empty. Created a ticket and request a refund, if didn't get my money back I will contact my bank and will create a Fraud request for this 'Not Nice' people who is not able to do their job properly. Eh... my plan was to avoid Epic's and support Ubisoft... But if they don't want it, what can I say...

I know we are all leaving in hard time, but again and again. Why you released this game if you have so many issues? Where my Music in Game? I want to hear Vikings music, I want to fill that I'm really there (in Game)... but what I have? Freaking silence most of the time even if I have Music repeat option on maximum in settings. Main Character Voice are FREAKING loud! and there is still no fix for it. Armor which I found are doubled and there is no option to sell it or destroy it. Quests are buggy... I'm not felling that I'm Viking, I'm felling that I'm Elf from Lord of the Rings as all what you need here are BOW. If you have Bow you are king of the world... Main character are incredibly buggy. Once I was setting on the horse and after a second I was a Horse?! What the heck? Main character just disappeared... I have paid $120 for crap. At least for next couple of years I will truly avoid all your games and will never ever buy game by pre order from you guys. You not deserve a penny. I was 7 years with you... loyal customer. This game is terrible.

How this game can contain so many issues? Do you have QA? Or all work was did on outsource? Everyday I'm facing something new... glitches with main character sound (louder then everything else even with low sound from my speakers). When you read something, gamepads stop responding to your command and your character start running around like drunk horse. Now I have 2 ABSOLUTELY the same Hunter's Armor... they are identical. I will be okay with such kind of stuff IF there will be option to sell it or destroy it, but now I have identical armor in my inventory. If you know about all this issues, why there still no patches? What the heck Ubisoft? Odyssey was such great game... why you ruin everything what you achieved previously?

Did anybody notice that main character speak much louder than all others? I have decrease sound level for everything (except music). But he is still screaming on me O_O Why there is no option for voices levels? @CustomerSupport, what the heck? My sound level is 20% on PC in Game is 40%. Why his voice is still sounds very loud?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, main language is English. Voice sound as static even with headphones. I'm using Edifier E25 Luna Eclipse Speakers (connected by AUX cable). I have never face such kind of issues in any other game. It would be really great if you can add Voice level in Game settings... As I don't even hear music (100% level), all other sounds 30%. Main character is still louder then all other npc or sound in game.
