Riekr fell into the wall (or to the other side, I can't tell) and I am unable to access her to confirm kill. (See photo below) I have restarted my computer, loaded the last previous save and neither of those had an effect as far as I can tell. Anything you can do?

@UbiMindflayer this is the level at which it stops upgrading. Just this particular piece. I have two of these pieces, and also two of the boots. (Because I'm an idiot and didn't account for the fact that there might be a bug involved.)

@WildHunt I think you do have to beat the last boss to get the chest. I've got all the rest but have not beat the last boss, and the chest is not available for me.

@Ubi-Mushy I have not noticed this with any other sets. And it occurred both at and away from Ravensthorpe.

These (Death Jarl) items do not upgrade properly. Yesterday I tried to upgrade with leather and ore; it appeared to take my materials without filling in the upgrade rectangles. Today I was able to upgrade to mythical, but still not able to upgrade with ore, etc. I also have two Death Jarl Cloaks, because I thought it was another iteration, rather than a duplicate, as the game does not have duplicates in any other place.

I bought a couple of trees, my credits were subtracted but... . My settlement is at Hamlet level. When I look in decorations the new trees are not there. I rebooted the game, but... no joy. Ideas?
