I figured out how to trick it. Choose a gender and change appearance until you find a face and bodytype you like. Doesn't matter what tattoos or hair, just choose your preferred face, bodytype, and gender. Then after change to the opposite gender and ONLY choose to change appearance as that opposite gender. Find a hair/tattoo type you like, and then change genders back to your preferred. You will see the same name, same face and bodytype, BUT now the hair and tattoos have changed.
Sounds really convoluted but it works! At least it worked for me, I don't know if my game just bugged out or not.
I still have the letter in my inventory telling me of a hunter in Fornburg wanting 3 reindeer antlers. I got the 3 early on, I tried talking to the hunter and it had just repeated the same dialogue giving me the mission in the first place. Did I overlook something, is it a bug? I still have the quest in England, since I never found another chance to actually turn it in. Will I ever be able to turn this in?
@kinggoop I can't remember the names of skills, but is that supposed to be the one where you tackle them and start punching them? Anyway, if it's the one I'm thinking of you hold down the ability key.
Yeah, just got this. So, the cloak is unremovable forever without a broken workaround? As in, every time you happen to hit the border of gloucester it goes back on? If so I guess I am deleting 2 hours worth of save, and redoing the

I did just before. As that is my earliest save. This is probably one of the most insane bugs I have ever seen. Everything else okay, okay, but this one just takes the cake Ubisoft. Almost every single time I do a lighthearted or goofy quest your game breaks. Horribly. I literally cannot believe this.
I logged into the game tonight, now after the most recent patch I presume, only to find my Galloglach armor NOT ONLY duplicated now, but also downgraded. Is this part of your "duplicated items" fix? Wow..

Is there a way to minimize it a bit, so I can see more topics at once?
@deathsnap198 Personally, I think the biggest issue is, considering this is a story game, the amount of spoilers that will now be floating around out there BEFORE launch.
@josesanz95 Without a fix I doubt you guys will ever be able to finish it, to be honest. It sounds like your guys' game saved AFTER the first attempt, or you all have another bug I don't. I was lucky that I had an auto-save and hard saved, after realizing it was bugged out. The thing is after the first attempt Winchell gets bugged out, like off the rock, but not where he is supposed to be. Uninteractable. At this time I immediately ran back down to the nudist camp - where they had reset - and grabbed the second crate, like I said Winchell was now fixed. I didn't save and reload, travel or anything. I immediately was able to grab the second crate, rather duplicate crate.
A fix from Ubisoft is probably the best hope you have for completing this, or reloading to the last save BEFORE picking up that quest. It might just be broken forever for you it sounds like.
The randomization of "change appearance" just gives you troglodyte after troglodyte, these guys are HIDEOUS! I actually had a pretty cool looking dude when I first built the barracks, I thought "oh he is default", and I'd be able to customize his hair and stuff. Nope! Just a randomizer. I have been at it for like 10 minutes, I wish I had my first guy back..
@raphaelzoren Nope, this is no full fix. Unfortunately. If you ever put your cloak on in Gloucecesterscire you will be back where you started. There also may or may not be doors you have missed. It's as if the festival is forever ongoing, like this is an issue because they meant for you to "have fun" in your costume and do halloween. Well, Ubisoft I am definitely not having fun.
Just never put on your cloak in Gloucesterscire. It's forever screwed.

@ifrike Agreed, to an extent. Annoying this one is, there are far worse bugs here..

@raphaelzoren So, if I completed the story arc, fast traveled back to my settlement, cloaked, THEN turned it in. This nightmare would be gone for good? I like the sound of that, if that is true. I might be able to do this story arc after all.

As the title states. If I reload Jotunheim Eivor is always drunk. Even on a game restart. This is incredibly annoying, and I dread this later on if I end up dying to enemies, and have to fight them drunk.
@distrust74 My thoughts too! It kind of reminds me of the Official Bethesda forums, but worse. I can see a lot more topics over there..
@strigil2014 Yep! I cannot use two-handed weapons because of this. It looks idiotic.
I don't know if mods usually answer on these forums but can one of them please tell us if the issue in being investigated. I've read the sticky and for the events we just have the devs' comment to fast travel and come back later. Which obviously doesn't work.
Probably broke the game too.
