Saw someone post a work around. You can shoot the door through the lattice window at the back of the house. The quest continues as normal then. Hope this helps anyone.

Hi I've noticed the skills Assassin carry, fight ready and arrow looter in Assassin's creed Valhalla are not accessible if you're online. If you start the game offline the skills appear, but are not visible when online.
