PlayStation 5 Trophies playstation 5 playstation 4 ubisoft connect

If I play Valhalla on PlayStation 4 and unlock some trophies when I transfer my game save to the PlayStation 5 version will the trophies I have already earned unlock on the PlayStation 5 trophy list?
