@ubi-thrupney the game does not start after the latest update! I did all these steps and there is still a problem! This is YOUR FAULT! I am unable to open new ticket and the live chat is unavailable. How can i contact to you??

@ubistorm The issues are not resolved in any way. I need to switch my writing language to english if I want to play the game but it's a temporary solution, I'd like to point out, found by other players. Ubisoft support was completely unable to help in this case, instead you kept suggesting the problem is caused by hardware which is, frankly, ridiculous. Again, the fact that simple updates to the game cause such problems is ridiculous too. I was not able to even launch the game for over 24h and the reason was a bugged update. Also, if not for other players I could as well be stuck like that today still. To be honest I expect some kind of compensation for this whole situation.

@yobaka9 try changing keyboard to ENG. It help to me.
