I had this in East Anglia but with the wealth treasure i have collected 16/16 but the bar says 15/16 but my map is empty

Collected all 16 Treasures in East Anglia
but as you can see 1 of them must have not registered in the completion bar but it has been removed from the map and i checked the locations in game and its nowhere to be found, -
[RESOLVED] Unable to move the shelves to free the NPC in "The Demon Odour at the Tithe" | POST HERE
Bumping this, but also for me the npc's has not even spawned and my shelves are trapped so even if he did i would be stuck.
