@ubi-keo thank the gods! SKOL!
@ubi-litten not working for me either. I have 5 skins and I’ve tried them all and left them on — including the namesake “Tree of Life” skin and it will not give me the core challenge completion.
@ubi-keo Thanks so much. Confirmed it with my account that a few completions went in overnight. I guess me trying all 5 of my skins again yesterday and then leaving it must’ve finally triggered it.
@ubi-keo I’m not sure the protocol for this forum but since you asked if there was anything else, I won’t create a whole new thread — just wondering… it gave me the completion for collecting 250 Opals back on June 11th, right around when I bought the Season Pass and add-ons (I also collect occasional drops from Prime Gaming and Twitch but don’t remember what they were specifically) but I had a busy Summer then started playing again more frequently in August and when I go to my inventory bag now it is showing I have zero Opals. Is this a different tally or type of Opal that I don’t understand or a glitch? I have collected a few more Opals throughout exploration very recently, but I don’t know where to find them listed - it still shows as zero in my bag, It just shows that I have two socketed Runes (that look similar) but I remember collecting Opals while looting and saving the game after - unless there’s some way you can lose or use them in gameplay? Can you see what it shows I should have or no? Don’t remember any part of the game where I would’ve “spent” them and I certainly don’t have enough silver where I would’ve sold that many, and new ones I collected in the last few days aren’t there either, so it’s leading me to believe that it’s either a glitch or else I’m not understanding something? Other than these two issues (one resolved) my gameplay has been flawless on XBox and I haven’t experienced any of the problems I hear about online. Love this game!
@ubi-keo thanks so much for the info and advice, that sounds more like it. I will try your suggestion and let you know. It looks like my game is up to date, since my Xbox is set to automatic updates and I have plenty of drive space. But do you know the version number I should confirm? And I will reply as soon as I give that a try.
@ubi-keo it’s weird, the last couple things I’ve asked about have been fixed by the time I log on next. I swear it said zero when I was playing just last night, and I was dumbfounded for a couple weeks why it showed this. But it is now showing the correct amount of 367 - also I am running Patch Version 1.3.2 so I think that is the most current for Xbox? Thanks so much for all your help. I feel like the two issues were corrected / triggered just by having Ubisoft check my account and maybe it refreshed it? Either way, thanks a bunch - you’ve been incredibly helpful
@ubi-keo it’s doing it again! Had 400-something Opals last night after Reda set up shop and gifted me a huge one worth a bunch. Wake up this morning to it displaying zero again… can you please check my account again and get this fixed? Sorry - this is getting annoying — and I’m getting an “Online Service Error [0x70000142]” when I try to visit Reda’s shop. Must be connected, but I don’t know why my opals keep disappearing
@ubi-viral Actually relieved to hear that the Opal Count is connected to the servers (unlike most other inventory) because it makes sense — and I was having Animus Store connectivity issues last time they were missing too, if I remember correctly. Hopefully they stabilize it or these steps work on my end. Thanks again!
@ubi-viral I think I just solved this recurring issue. After doing a full console shut down and restart, per one of the suggestions in your link, I opened the game and decided NOT to do Quick Resume, as I have been doing this with most of my games lately and have only recently been having this error with the Animus Store. It also solved the problem of missing Opals from my Inventory Bag, as mine is now showing the correct 443 rather than the 0 it has been doing off and on, and I’m relieved to have figured it out. If anyone else has this issue, try doing the same with a full console shutdown/restart then allow the game to fully load without doing Quick Resume. Hope this helps others and thanks for your support
