

@noneofyou my situation is similar. We are at the same boat. They keep asking me the dxdiag (it was the fourth time) and telling me to do the same thing that I did before. They are not able to say the problem is with them and say sorry about that. Looks Like I'm talking to a robot at the tickets tha always says "I'm sorry to hear about that"
I'm completely disappointed with ubisoft... I seem to be talking to robots who always says "sorry to hear about that" and ask for dxdiag and msconfig. It's been over a month that I've had this problem, they're walking around in circles trying to do the same thing. I've already contacted professional technicians to help me with this problem and only Assassin's Creed Valhalla which doesn't work on my computer. Instead of them releasing a warning saying that they are aware of the problem that we are suffering and are working on it, they prefer to say that the problem is with our computer. I'm tired of sending dxdiag, mscongif, disconnect peripherals, uninstall driver, change DPI, etc. Fix this f****ng game!!!!
@ubi-mark I already did the step they provide me and it doesn´t work. Please fix the game!! I'm losting my patience with that! thats the only game that doesn't work!!!
@ubi-mark I'm talking with support team since the beggining of the month, they already have my msinfo and dxdiag, I sended 4 time to them. I think that ubisoft need to fix the gave instead of thinking the problem is with our computer and sistem. Everything that can be possible to do we tried and don't have success

I opened a ticket in the beginning of the month and I'm still having the problem. they always say to me to try the same solutions, today was the fourth time I sended my dxdiag. I tested my devices and have nothing wrong with them. I still thinking that the problem is the the game or the service.

@ubi-wheelyduck i'm having the same problem for few days. I already did all this troubleshooting guide, updated my drivers, reinstalled the game, changed the resolution and graphics settings and nothing happens. I'm thinking the the problem is not on my pc, it's in the game, because is everything ok here. I opened a ticket and everyone who came to resolve my problem can't fixed it. The ticket is still opened and the solutions that they show me is starting to repeat, because looks like don´t have nothing more that I can do here... so please lets try to find this problem and tell us what is it. I´m just want to play the game on my new setup.
