

@ubi-mark Evereybody's asking at what time the dlc should be downloadable. And they're worrying because as time passes, dlc doesn't show up.
I told them that maybe it's the same bug as other owners of the season pass and that developers team is looking into it right now.

I bought in november the gold edition of the game. We can't download the dlc and obviously, Azar is nowhere to be found in game (looked all over the docks and nothing). I am playing on PC... (ubi connect doesn't seem to allow me to buy the dlc separately, that's a relief)
I finished uninstalling windows 10 and reinstalling another version of W10 (support wasn't of a great help; unfortunately...). And then, tadaaa, it worked.
It's not a great help to you, but desperate times call for desperate measures... Good luck everybody.
No news at all from the support team in days... Is there a patch likely to be made about this issue ? Do we have to ask for a refund ?
I had an overlay from Nvidia : disabled it. No change.
I checked my bios settings for overclocking : there was nothing...
I made a rollback from my graphic card to Nvidia 457.09, and it didn't change a thing...

Funny that you mention it : yesterday, for the first time, I had the crash error message. And for the first time too, the splash screen remained (freezing)... (I just "killed" lots of background apps beforehand). In general, the splash screen just pops up for a few seconds. And it got back to this popping routine today...
I don't have any overlay/overclocking software, but just to be sure, I'll check my Nvidia settings now. Then, I'll get back to you...
