I'm having the same issue. Tried reloading, reinstalling the game and so on like everyone else and hasn't fixed it. I also self destructed while in the arena(jumped out the tall tree a few times) to try and force a hard reset but that also didn't work.

I can see the support staff have requested videos/screenshots which have now been provided a few times. Any fix for this yet? Hopefully it can be fixed in a patch.

So recent patch didn't address this bug. From the looks of it people are still getting this error across all platforms, ps4, ps5, xbox, the lot.

Someone above made a really good point that nobody else seems to have picked up on, and that was that the last time they died it was in phase two of the fight after the mid-battle cut scene. I was the same, and if everyone else is then maybe it's specifically triggered by dying during phase two?
