Hi there i had the same problem,
In the forum i found the solution.

1 change your graphics to ultra high on the main menu options(your game will restard)
2 go to the longhouse(if you are not there yet)
3 play the cutscene but don't touch any button.
4 wait until the cutscene ends(until you can move,after the part of the longhouse there is still the cutscene
5 change back to your original graphics(this restard your game again

Hopefully this works also for you guys.

fun part is i get emails to buy the game and free thing i can collect(tatoage pack) but no codes

Same i don't have the codes to redeem it.
I pre ordered it and it says i got the dlc for free but don't see the redeem code.

How did you connect your controller?
Do i have to assign it on the ubisoft connect?

I was connecting my ps4 controller in my computer.
When i launch the game the controller doesn't do any thing.
when i tested it on a other game assasing's creed syndicate it worked.(game i bought on steam)
Do i have to assign my controller to a option?

I thought the game releast now but i can't install it (even the game is not visable).
Is that because of the delay or do i have to refund it and rebuy it?
