

@mrf1fox i bought valhalla 15 days ago via website store and not a single response after 3 tickets (one of them is a refund, and my only com method here in brazil is this), the game is not yet on my lib and in the end of the month im gonna be forced to pay the credit card bill without the game in my pc..

@sdrumm0714 5 days to me, i already made 3 tickets and no response, in my last ticket i asking for refund, but no reply either.

@invognia im still without game (3 days), but i got the confirmation email.I created a ticket 5h after the purchase but no response yet. I DM them on twitter and this what they replied:

If you'd like to inquire about this instance to your region's e-commerce team, you can create a new ticket with them over at http://support.ubi.com. To create a new ticket, log in and scroll down the page to find the "Contact Customer Support" button. Then select the proper categories and provide a description of your issue. You may then select "Email Us" or "Start Chat" (depending on contact volume, availability of either case options may change day-to-day). Our store support team will be able to help investigate further from there.
So... problem not solved and looks like they cannot solve it either.
Im still waiting the game to show up (after 2 days), i dont know how the regions affects the delay ( i live in south america btw), in the website, like many others here ive read, the history on website show the game and my credit card also miss my money (payment confirmation on my email is present). after all this, my ticket was not answered and no game.i dont know how it works inside there, but its just sad. (sorry for bad english). Have a nice waiting like me
