Valve made it increasingly easy to add proton support to games that use Epics Easy Anti-Cheat. Siege uses multiple Anti-Cheats and maybe there are more complications along the way but I would love to hear, that you guys heart about it and maybe even gave it a try. Valve is offering free support for studios that want their game to run on the Steam Deck. Please consider adding Proton support to Rainbow Six Siege and maybe ask Valve for help if you need any. I am running Manjaro Linux as my main OS and I can't wait to get back to team Rainbow. Gift your players with choice.

Love your work.
Yves, do me a solid and support Proton! Windows sucks and you know it.
Ubi, let us play with Proton or at least allow us to play in a Windows VM. I will not switch to Windows because of 1 game, even if it's one of the best. Do we really have to wait until the game is so unpopular that you look for new platforms and players?
Add Linux support to Siege, some of Ubisofts other games already run kinda great on Linux. (Anno 1800 for example)

Ubisoft, it's time. We all hate cheaters, all power to you for using all the available anticheat technologies but man, I can't play Rainbow Six Siege, I can't play Extraction anymore and even The Division 2 uses [censored] EAC. It's a fast spreading cancer and Valves efforts get [censored] by devs not allowing Linux users to join their online servers.
