@jabberosx I had the same issue but managed to work around it. I uploaden all saves and profile to the cloud on PS4. Then deleten all saves on PS4 just to be sure. Then I downloaden the save where I hadn't finished a challenge gold. Loaded it up, gold and trophy. Looks like it stores the progress in your Profile or something. I don't know but hope it helpt.

Deleted my save file from console and Xbox cloud, loaded my game from Ubisoft cloud and it did not unlock. Tried doing an already finished challenge on gold again but still did not unlock... damn..

@ubi-wheelyduck HI, thank you for your response. I have just checked and yes it is. I just finished the Siege of Paris DLC and saved my game. 69/70 achievements are unlocked.

I am having the same issue on Series X.I got gold on all challenges, got the "A true master" achievement but not "All that glitters" achievement. I do not have any old save file to go to because I already continued to Siege of Paris DLC. Hopefully this can be fixed somehow with some kind of condition check in later updates!

I know there is a bug with fish not spawning, somehow after lots of patient I managed to catch all fish and did not get the achievement. Tried to catch them all again, still no achievement. I am on Xbox. Any ideas how to fix this? Did this happen to anyone?
