Hello Everyone!

As the title says, I have a strange problem. I can play the game with 50-60 fps on my Ryzen 5 3600 + GTX 1660 ti. However, sometimes the screen goes black for a moment, and after the game resumes I see a significant loss in in FPS. It becomes most apparent near bodies of water, where framerate drops form 60 to 30. Also the graph on the performance monitor is all over the place, jumping between 30 and 60 fps like crazy, and CPU usage goes from 50% to 25%.The only way to fix the problem is rebooting the whole system, nothing else works.

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem, or can provide any advice on how to solve it.
