Currently I'm having an issue during the 'Old Friends' Quest where you need to speak to Hemming Jarl. The blue marker appears on his head but I cannot speak to him. I've basically tried every workaround. I've uninstalled an re-installed the game to no avail. I need to complete this quest to complete the main story arc of the game. Please provide a fix.

I currently cannot speak to Hemming Jarl at Tip Of The Spear. He just stands there and the icon to speak does not appear. I've tried meditating various times to no avail. This is the part right before you have the fight the Pict Chief.
