Yeah, I've lost Gae Bolg Spear and all my runes on my armor. I do remember throwing a tourch when having the spear and shield equiped. Chech previous saves and still gone. Hopefully this get's fixed.

@ubiwan The video requested is below. I have fast traveled and back, still the same bug. I have also traveled to Norway and back and still the same. Unfortunately i haven't got any saves from before i collected it. Thank you for helping.

Hi, i have I,II,III,IV, V codex pages but for some reason codex 6 isn't in my inventory but i have all amour pieces and Suttungr's Claw. So i've gone back to where codex 6 is (Venta Belgarum Bureau - Wincestre) and i can't pick it up but it's on the table. I have also gone back through the rest of the Bureau and nothing there to pick up.

Anyone got a work around yet?

When i go to raid from land none of my crew arrive it's just Dag. It's the same when i raid from the boat aswell. I travel back to my town and find they are dead on the dock or in the river. I have tried changing crew, loading a previous save. Went to Norway and back and nothing. Restarted my game plenty of times thinking a simple restart will fix it but nothing still the same. This is also happening to world event NPC's too. I've only encounted one where the NPC was dead so can't even start the world event.

I have read many other people have the same bug. Do we know if this is getting looked into as this is a pretty serious bug. Don't really want to restart from scratch after 17 hours of play time.
