Can you please give me the steps to refund this unfinished broken game?? I didn't pre-order & pay to get my PC crashed every 10 minutes with zero notice random resetting of my PC. My excitement for this game has turned into painful regret, it's Assassin's Creed Unity all over again.
I mean a simple internet search of Assassin's Creed Valhalla crashing bring an enormous amount of results of people experiencing all sorts of problems. I just don't want to invest anymore time even trying to figure out why or try 53 steps.
Let me know the steps for a full refund & steps to close/delete my Ubisoft/Uplay account permanently.
ok thanks Crivdarr.
Ubisoft seem to be replying more quickly to people through Twitter Direct Message about this exact issue of game not showing in library. It's a mess in here & the tickets they have to go through is insane right now. I recommend trying Twitter even if you don't use & HATE Twitter like me but it'll definitely be quicker.
@thenorsegodloki Well I think you guys have a better chance at using Twitter to Direct Message Ubisoft on the link they left there for people having this issue.
You'll definitely have more chance for a quicker reply than these forums FULL of people with all sorts of problems.
@crivdarr lol well are you gonna tell other people here how you fixed it to show?
@thenorsegodloki You're definitely not the only one. Try this link see if they have a workaround or not for your issue :

@kegsinvalhalla Maybe it's not a matter of SSD vs normal but a matter of it running better on any other drive other than your C Windows drive. Many people these days install their games to another drive & not their C Windows drive.
Although normal drives are the best & more reliable/safe for backing up things.
