FINALLY. Took 8 hours. Looks as though a lot of people have had it pop up so hopefully this is being resolved. Good luck, everyone!

Just so people know - there's no need to constantly reload the launcher. I did that for 8 hours, and then the game showed up when I left the launcher on whilst I was watching TV (didn't even need to switch the page - just stayed on the library and it suddenly appeared.

@painshadow I waited for 8 hours, submitted a ticket after 30 minutes. I know people who didn't submit one and got it sooner. It's a lottery, friend

Everything I have read has told me you should access the armour set at some point early game in Norway, and the quest should unlock when you reach Raventhorpe. I have reached Raventhorpe and had none of this available to me. I preordered the Ultimate Edition. Please help.

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition on PC. However, it looks like I have received the standard edition - none of the extra content is available to me.

The only DLC I 'own' is apparently the Season Pass. I have also progressed far enough in the story in-game now that the Ultimate Pack and Way of the Berserker quest should all be available to me. But none of it is.

Please fix this. This is utterly ridiculous considering all of the launch day issues I had (8 hour delay from purchase to it appearing in my library for download). I have paid extra to receive the Ultimate Pack and I have now practically progressed to a point in the game where it is largely useless to me.

Not sure if related but I preordered Ultimate Edition on PC from Ubisoft store and the DLC should have turned up automatically - I'm way past the point in the game I should have received it by now and still nothing available. What a waste of money!
