Hi support team or anyone that can help,

I had earned "The Saga Begins" on PS4 and was hoping it would transfer to PS5, but that never happened. So I hoped that by earning any trophy on the PS5 version (did not download the PS4 version) it would trigger the "transfer" and the trophy I earned on PS4 would appear on PS5.

I just earned a trophy while playing the PS5 version of Valhalla on my PS5 - "Everyday Life". When I went to check my progress of the game, it still said 0%. I opened the trophies and looked and looked and nada. I went on my PS5 notifications, and the notification that I earned the "Everyday Life" trophy was there, so I clicked it, and it opened up the game's trophies. Both trophies were there. I clicked exit, and it still showed 0%. I clicked the notification again, and the trophies were there.

I checked on my PS4, and "Everyday Life" appears there with the correct time and date I earned it but it doesn't have a picture as I have it set up.

• How and why did my trophy go to the PS4 list of the game, when I earned it on the PS5 while playing the PS5 version? Even has haptic feedback.
• What can I do to start earning my trophies on the PS5 list?
