Erke is in St Paul's cathedral tried hitting him but nothing

Ubisoft come on now this is ridiculous nothing from you since November about erke turning up
Please can you send me a link for a refund because this is beyond a joke

Still not fixed this quest showing up as a marker or even on the map on the left top side
Been waiting since November for this to be sorted and nothing

Found him in St Paul's cathedral and can't interact with him
I don't know what to do now I'm 70 hours in and don't want to restart so please help
